In the role of Director of Sales and Marketing, Lynne Lukas is responsible for planning, developing, and directing all aspects of selling and marketing The Clare’s independent, assisted living, and memory care residences. She oversees direct sales, lead generation, referral development, advertising, strategic market planning and events, while also managing her department’s team, which includes residency counselors, a marketing assistant and full-time design / move-in coordinator.
Lynne brings approximately 25 years of experience in senior living, in many facets of the industry. Before joining The Clare, she was a director of sales and marketing at a suburban Chicago area non-profit life plan community. She graduated from Lake Forest College and has continued her education in the field of senior housing. Before her current career, Lynne was employed with a luxury hotel group in Chicago. She feels her hospitality background serves her well in her chosen profession.
