Since beginning my role as Executive Director in August of 2022, my focus has been to support and foster forward movement at The Clare. Our residents are full of life and we want the entire community to reflect their active lifestyles. We have always listened to the wants and needs of those who live and work here, which means many of our recent and upcoming renovations incorporate suggestions and ideas from the residents and staff members. Thoughtful updating of several new spaces and amenities has occurred over the last year and will continue in the years ahead.

In January of 2023, The Clare’s hair and nail salon reopened after a brief redesign that brought lightness and fresh energy to the space. More than ever, our residents are committed to staying fit, so in April of 2023, the fitness center received new state-of-the-art cardio and strength equipment. Soon, our Executive Chef will grow fresh produce and herbs from a hydroponic garden that will be installed and displayed in The Bistro. The Clare’s residential corridor redesign is slated to begin before the year’s end. Lastly, in 2021, we took a proactive step to ensure the exterior of the building received preventative maintenance, and the restorative façade repairs are nearly complete so residents can once again enjoy the Parc Terrace on the ninth floor.

While reliable, personalized service is quickly becoming a lost art, every team member at The Clare is dedicated to uncompromised resident satisfaction. To this end, our staff and management team received updated and personalized hospitality training specific to each department in the community. We have great confidence that The Clare will consistently meet and exceed our current and future residents’ expectations by implementing annual hospitality training.

We realize that while the world is changing, comfort at home and in one’s community is an expectation for our residents. The Clare team has every intention of continual growth and improvement to ensure that the community is a safe, modern, comfortable, and inviting environment for those who call The Clare home.
