      A Shift in Focus


      FOR THE LAST SEVERAL  YEARS, The Clare has been
      focused on moving in new residents and selling unoccupied
      apartments. Last year, we moved in more than 60 new
      residents and finished the year at 96% occupancy. This is a
      major accomplishment! Kudos to our Sales and Marketing
      department for all their hard work. Such success means

      we can turn our attention toward cleaning up operations
      and spending more energy on making The Clare the best
      possible place to live. With that, I thought I would share
      our main priorities for 2018.
      Resident Satisfaction

      Resident satisfaction continues to be the primary focus
      point for The Clare. Constantly evaluating and improving
      your experience at The Clare is critical to our long-term
      success. Last year, we conducted a satisfaction survey that
