      Technology at The Clare


      INTEGRATING NEW TECHNOLOGY remains a major focus
      for The Clare, not only to help support the community but
      also to add additional services for residents. Here are a few
      initiatives we have either introduced or will be working on
      in the near future at The Clare.
      Amazon Alexa with Odyssey
      In September, The Clare began a pilot program to integrate
      Amazon Alexa’s voice functionality with our resident
      communications portal, Odyssey. The Clare was selected
      as one of three communities to test this new product that
      allows residents to receive information on Odyssey by
      using voice commands. A small group of  residents have
      been testing it out with varying results, all as a means of
      improving the interactive experience.

      The Clare introduced the Lyft program over a year ago,
      through which our residents can quickly and efficiently get
      rides specifically for medical appointments. During the last
      12 months, we have used Lyft approximately 6,000 times,
      and we continue to work with Lyft to improve the rider
